To provide ankle dorsiflexion assist

Indications

  • Joint contractures
  1. – After surgery
  2. – After conservative treatment of capsular ligament injuries
  3. – Before and after joint replacement
  4. – In arthrosis and chronic polyarthritis
  5. – After burns
  6. – After stroke
  7. – After spinal cord injuries
  8. – Paralysis (discrete palsy of peripheral origin)
  9. – After craniocerebral trauma (CCT)
  • To prevent new contractures after arthrolysis

Mode of operation

The CDS® Ankle Brace can be used to treat a dorsiflexion deficit of the ankle.
The dynamic stretch stimulates the healthy growth of the shortened tissue.
The continuously adjustable correction range prevents harmful over stretching.
