Prefabricated maximum support shoe insert

The Cricket was developed especially for children with mild to moderate pronation and supination. Stability and alignment improvement come from a deep heel cup, well-defined plantar surface, and medial / lateral forefoot containment in combination with a stable outer foundation. The sub-malleolar UCBL trimline allows the orthosis to become enclosed entirely within a shoe.

• Solid outer foundation
  provides additional arch support and heel stabilisation.
• Partial wrap inner liner
  made from soft, thin, polyethylene plastic cups heel, supports arches and contains midfoot and forefoot. Trimline is below top edge of shoe.

Designed for patients who:

• Exhibit a fully correctable foot position and fit within the product size range.
• Present with mild to moderate pronation or supination and associated gait instability.
• May benefit from the sensory feedback provided by a fully contoured foot bed.
• Require access to free dorsiflexion and plantarflexion.

Sized by measurement using the Fast Fit sizing jig.
Sizes:4.00 - 7.75 inches (0.25 inch increments).

Choose length that will allow for 0.25 – 0.50in growth.
